- Organize, manage, and coordinate all aspects of the design process as it relates to each project
- Establish schedules and budgets based on project timeline for all deliverable services
- Interior Designer on projects – from conception to contract documentation through the final installation
- Prepare and present design and marketing presentations to clients
- Billing for the Interior Design team
- Review and set-up vendor accounts
Education
- Graduated from Western Michigan University in 2008 with a major/minor in the CIDA Accredited Interior Design Program and a minor in business.

Courtney loves to spend time with her husband, son, daughter and their extended families. She enjoys being outdoors hiking, camping, boating and fishing. When time permits, she wants to see the world as much as possible through traveling and has been lucky enough to travel to Alaska, Israel, Caribbean Islands, Canada, and across the United States. Her next trips would be to visit Hawaii, Greece, England, and Italy as well as go back to Alaska for a fishing and hiking trip. She has been going to concerts with her dad since she was about five years old. Some of her favorite artists include: Led Zeppelin, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Cat Stevens, Pink Floyd and Simon and Garfunkel. Her top two favorite venues are Pine Knob Music Theatre and Fox Theatre.

2009-2010
Started her Interior Design Career in 2009 as a Junior Interior Designer at Colorworks Studio, a high-end residential and small commercial firm.
2010-2011
In 2010 Courtney started at Art Van Furniture in their Store Design team as an Interior Design Assistant + RFD Specialist working on furniture retail projects under 4,000 SF. Projects included brick and mortar PureSleep stores and gallery spaces within the stores including Paul’s TV, AV Interiors, and branded furniture galleries.
2011-2013
In 2011 she was promoted to Interior Designer of the Store Design team working on furniture retail projects ranging from 4,000- 80,000 SF. Projects included brick and mortar retail spaces including: Art Van Furniture, PureSleep, Mattress World, AV Flooring, Scott Shuptrine Interiors and gallery spaces within the stores.
2013-2016
She was promoted to Project Manager of Store Design in 2013. She managed, provided leadership, and collaborated with the store design and graphic design team for each brand within the Art Van Furniture organization for projects up to 140,000 SF. She established all project schedules based on project timeline for all deliverable materials services provided by internal and external resources.
2016-2019
Senior Interior Designer at Village Green Interiors
In 2016, she started at Village Green Interiors as a Senior Interior Designer focusing on multi-family projects including units and amenity spaces from schematic design to final project installation.
2020-Present
In January 2020, Beth Raquepau, VP of Village Green Interiors and Courtney merged with the marketing team and GREENWORKS Studio was born.
