As Vice President of Design, Beth provides keen oversight for their multi-family focused marketing agency with an extensive interior design arm. To date she has successfully completed 35+ new construction or acquisition rehab full-scale projects, which include FFE and / or new branding, interior finish specifications and documentation.

During her personal time she enjoys traveling and experiencing new and interesting food. She enjoys any activity on the water, watching live music and snow skiing. She is a busy mother to two boys and her 15 year old dog, Max.

Timeline
2000-2004
Interior Designer at Kathleen McGovern Studio of Interior Design in Grosse Pointe, MI.
Focusing on residential and office design in the residential market including: Detroit, MI, Portland, ME, Naples, FL and Charleston, SE. During her tenure here, she was awarded the renovation of the State of Michigan Governor’s residence when Jennifer Granholm took over office in 2003. For this project, she was lead designer and point person with the Governor’s staff and her family through the course of the project.
2004-2005
Played dual roles, acting as Project Manager and liason between the client and in-house construction team and working with home buyer and retail tennants to select, document and price out selected finishes, custom details and upgrades.
2005-2016
Beth began her career at Village Green as Director of Visual Merchandising and formed the entity Village Green Interiors, LLC in early 2006.
In 2010 she was promoted to Senior Director of Visual Merchandising and continued to see growth in sales and client base. In 2014 she was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Design, overseeing both design and landscape architecture services.
2016-2019
Her role included brand development for the new start up corporate branding as well as the individual assets.
She was the creative lead including oversight of the design team and developing an innovative overall vision for the company.
She was also instrumental in the execution of the marketing strategy for both the Albion corporate brand and the new project developments.
2020-Present
In 2020, she was integral in the formation of GREENWORKS Studio, a multi-family focused marketing agency with an interior design arm.
GREENWORKS Studio is a company pioneering a new era in creative real estate marketing and design. GWS specializes in building inspired, innovative brands for real estate developers and investors alike.
