The Emerson

Greenworks Studio was elected for The Emerson which was a full amenity and tiered unit renovation project. The clubhouse received a full interior and exterior facelift. The interior renovation involved adding new programming, including a dedicated co-working area, and a reconfiguration of the sales office. In addition the scope was to reinvisions and create a new experience and modernization of the property’s fitness studio. The exterior pool received a face lift and a new exterior grill station and lounging area was installed.

The interior unit renovation involved providing two levels of renovation to achieve several price point options for renters. Many real estate owners prefer a budget savings two tier amenity unit build-out and GWS knows how to save and also create the desired experience relating to the renovations. The property is located in highly sought after Ann Arbor, MI. The project has a total of 324 units.
