The Burlington
The Burlington was a 1980’s style building with limited amenity space and underutilized expansive common lobby areas. Greenworks Studio conceptualized a executed a complete overhaul bringing new life to this 40+ year old design. We can’t help ourselves when we see old spaces. We instantly see the potential and can’t wait to begin the interior design process.
The final design delivered a spacious fitness studio, incorporated a new resident lounge with a gaming area. GWS designed the lobbies to be highly functional and spacious areas where the residents can gather to be a part of their community. The common area corridors also received an extensive renovation program.
The Burlington property is located in St. Paul, MN and has a total of 427 units.
