Real Estate Developers enlisted GWS to update The Heights Apartments by Albion. The Heights is a mid-rise apartment that was built in the 1970’s and received a highly essential tiered level unit renovation and exterior facelift. The clubhouse building was fully re-envisioned and renovated to bring it to a new sleek modern attitude along with a highly functional yet enjoyable area. The project scope included providing a more functional sales office space and more robust amenity offering. Branding and print collateral along with digital aspects all played a roll in the project overhaul.

As a result of this transformation, the property also received a complete new name, website, branding and social media campaign. The property is located in the vibrant Uptown neighborhood of Cincinnati and has a total of 394 units.
