Ascent at Farmington Hills

The Ascent at Farmington Hills was an existing project that was repositioned. The project scope included providing new naming and branding options, for a creating a new logo and a complete renovation of the existing clubhouse interior and exterior. The overhaul also included unit interior renovation design conceptualization.

Our extensive renovation brought new life to an aging community and provides an updated amenity package that exceeds any others in the market and has been well received dramatically inceasing the bottom-line for the owners and developers.

Ascent At Farmington Hills is located in a premier suburb of Farmington Hills, MI. The property is 252 units. Once the renovations were completed, GWS new branding assets were successful launched and executed.
