GWS loves taking on any challenge and Alden Park was a historic landmark renovation, totaling  a $70 million renovation. Located in scenic Wissahickon neighborhood of Philadelphia and on 38 acres of land including formal and casual tranquil gardens. Paying attention to the details in our middle name and keeping historical equity along with modernization and updates can be a complexity that few can do, but Greenworks Studio has the extensive experience to make any project a wild success.

The project scope included a complete modernization of the unit finishes and introduced immersive resort-class amenities, while preserving it’s historic integrity. The property consisted of x3 separate buildings which involved complete reimaging of new amenity areas in each building. The amenity offerings included upgraded indoor pool with retractable roof, brand new outdoor pool, sauna, tennis courts, x2 fitness centers, dog park, community trails and business centers. The expansive property has a total of 775 units.
