• Provides marketing services to our multi-family clients as an Internet Listing Manager.
• Manages CoStar, Zillow, and RentPath ILS Networks
• Manages the scheduling of property media completion and the strategic development of marketing plan proposals

Experience & Background

Born in Mexico and raised in Indiana, I eventually made my way to Dallas in 2023—bringing a blended perspective shaped by movement, community, and curiosity. Before stepping into the multifamily world, I built 5 years of retail management experience with brands like LOFT and Under Armour, where I led store visuals and performance analytics to elevate results and drive stronger customer engagement.

I transitioned into the multifamily industry, starting as a Leasing Professional and quickly growing into the Sales & Marketing Corporate team at Independent Realty Trust within my first year. There, I managed KPIs for the Indiana portfolio, later expanding into the Dallas/Fort Worth region. My work centered on supporting operational and leasing performance, strengthening social media presence, and contributing to broader marketing strategy across multiple communities.

Interests & Hobbies
Outside of work, you can usually find me immersed in music—whether that’s a concert, a festival, or planning my next trip around one. I’m a proud Indiana Pacers fan (YES ’CERS!), and I love spending time with my friends and family. At home, I’m happiest snuggling up with my cat, Avery, and my dog, Charlie. And whenever I can, I’m traveling… though admittedly, it’s usually for concerts.
