Project Scope

Hoover & Greene

Hoover + Greene is a new construction project featuring outdoor amenity terrace with pool, grilling stations, firepits and outdoor “sports lounge”, Zen courtyard with tranquil water feature, gardens and lounging areas. The interior amenities include fitness studio, lounge with gaming, multiple private co-working spaces and boutique hotel style lobby. It is located in Ann Arbor, MI and is 167 units. The property has views of the U of M Football stadium. Interior unit finish specifications were part of the scope for the project.
