Billing / Project Administrator

Sonya began working in bookkeeping and accounting in 1996. She has over 25 years experience in accounting. In her current role she not only takes care of the billing for GREENWORKS Studio, but she is also in charge of the SightPlan Answering service. She signs up sites and helps them with any trouble shooting, questions, or concerns they may have and is the ultimate concierge. She also provides assistance with getting financial workpapers ready.

Responsibilities

• Billing/Project Administrator in charge of processing any vendor invoices and also billing clients for work being done by the GREENWORKS Studio team
• Work on aging reports and also handle any disputes that sites may have with invoices
• In charge of the after-hours answering service: Point of contact to begin service, discontinue service, and also take care of any technical difficulties that may arise with the answering service.

Interests & Hobbies

Sonya loves to take her dog Max (A Great Pyrenees) on long walks, listen to a variety of music, and watching any type of forensic/crime shows. She also likes horror and suspenseful movies. Watch-out she doesn’t miss any detail when it comes to accounting!
