Reputation, Social Media, and Content Manager

Corrine started at Village Green as an Administrative Assistant in 2017, before advancing to the GREENWORKS Studio team in January of 2020 as the Reputation & Social Media Manager. In this role, Corrine is responsible for monitoring the online and social media presence of apartment communities nationwide, responding to reviews on 20+ platforms, and maintaining local listing accuracy. Driven by her passion for writing and literature, Corrine took on the additional role of Content Manager in January 2022, overseeing the content curation of standalone websites, Internet Listing Services, brochures, and search engine listings.

Responsibilities

• Content curation for all printed and digital mediums, including websites, ILS listings, digital & printed brochures, Google My Business listings, social media, etc.
• Managing social media accounts and search engine listings to ensure accuracy and maintain brand perception
• Support and content curation for resident communication (community announcements, statements, apologies, etc.)
• Support and troubleshooting across all social media platforms and search engine listings
• Providing professional resources and education regarding social media and Search Engine Optimization

• Graduated in 2016 from Central Michigan University
• Bachelor of Science in English Literature
• Bachelor of Science in Psychology
